The National Weather Service issued a coastal flood warning for New Jersey, and footage of the streets of Ocean City, N.J., under icy water rolled in on Saturday morning. Meanwhile, the storm winds are battering coastal Delaware with "near record Major flooding," according to the National Weather Service.

Dan Leppold, a geologist, posted a video to Twitter of an Ocean City intersection completely underwater, with water flowing through a picket fence.

According to a Patch report, water began flowing onto streets following a morning high tide, and it then began to freeze into ice in places. All causeways leading into Ocean City were closed after Saturday morning's high tide, which reached just more than 8 feet, according to Patch.

"A Dangerous Nor`easter located off the Virginia capes today will turn east and out to sea later tonight. This storm is battering the coasts of Delaware and New Jersey with 60 to 75 mph wind gusts with widespread moderate coastal flooding this morning in New Jersey and near record Major flooding in Atlantic coastal Delaware," the National Weather Service warned Saturday morning.
