Princess Charlotte's Adorable Moment With Prince George Caught on Camera

Princess Charlotte's adorable moment with her older brother, Prince George, during their first official joint visit to Wales with their parents has gone viral after footage captured at the time of Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee in 2022 has resurfaced on TikTok.

Charlotte celebrated her ninth birthday on May 2, 2024, and the day was marked with the release by Kensington Palace in London of a new portrait of the young royal, which had been taken by Princess Kate.

Charlotte, George and their younger brother, Prince Louis, have become a favorite feature of royal fans at large-scale events, with video clips and images from these quickly being shared to social media and collectively generating millions of impressions.

Charlotte has slowly increased her public appearances in recent years, making her debut solo engagement with her parents at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England, in 2022.

In the same year, the princess attended several events connected with the Platinum Jubilee of her great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, which celebrated the then-monarch's 70th year on the British throne.

Uploaded to TikTok by user @forwales in April, one of the latest viral clips features footage of Charlotte, George and their parents during a jubilee visit to Cardiff in Wales where they saw the preparations that were underway for the local celebrations.

In the footage, which has been viewed on the social-media platform over 100,000 times, Charlotte is seen being encouraged by her father to take part in conducting a band during a rehearsal.

The princess, standing alongside George, shyly took a baton and tried waving her hands in time with the music, prompting her older brother to break into a smile.

The TikTok video highlighting the moment has received in excess of 10,000 likes and numerous comments, many of which have praised the young royals and their composure while out and about in public.

"Her smile is the best," wrote one user about Charlotte.

"Oh, Prince George is a big brother who always supports his little sister," posted another, with a further comment reading: "They'll be each other's rock for their entire life."

Since the jubilee, Charlotte and George have made appearances at a number of other high-profile events, the largest of which was the coronation celebrations in London for their grandfather King Charles III in May 2023.

Prince George performed an official role as one of the king's Pages of Honour, while Charlotte took part as a member of the congregation, sitting beside Prince Louis with Prince William and Princess Kate.
