Washington, D.C. President Joe Biden bumps fists with former President Barack Obama in the White House on April 5 while signing an executive order directing federal agencies to do all they can to expand access to health care coverage and make plans more affordable. Biden also introduced a measure aimed at fixing an aspect of the Affordable Care Act that left family members of those with employer-sponsored health care ineligible for some subsidies.
