Mega Millions Results, Numbers for 10/27/20: Did Anyone Win the $109 Million Jackpot Last Night?

The winning numbers for the Mega Millions lottery game for October 27, offering a jackpot prize of $109 million, with a cash value option of $84.4 million, were revealed on Tuesday at 11 p.m. ET.

The numbers drawn Tuesday were 6, 13, 34, 46 and 62 for the white balls, and the yellow Mega Ball was 1 and the Megaplier was 3x, according to the Mega Millions website.

There were no winners of the top jackpot prize or the second prize of $1 million. However, 22 players did match four white balls and the Mega Ball, which won them each $10,000. Two of those winners purchased the Megaplier, which earned them each $30,000.

There were 259 winners who matched four balls, which earned them each $500, with 50 players each winning the Megaplier prize of $1,500.

There were 622 winners who matched three white balls and the Mega Ball, each winning $200, while 111 of those players each won the Megaplier prize of $600.

The most recent jackpot win was from a ticket sold in Wisconsin in September this year for a jackpot prize of $119 million. It marked the fifth Mega Millions jackpot won this year.

Jackpot winners last year included a $372 million ticket sold in Ohio in Mentor, a suburb of Cleveland, and a $227 million ticket sold in Texas in Cedar Park, a suburb north of Austin.

The next Mega Millions drawing will be on Friday, October 30, at 11 p.m. ET for an estimated jackpot prize of $118 million, with a cash value option of $91.4 million.

How to play Mega Millions

Mega Millions drawings take place every Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m. ET. Five white balls are drawn from a set of balls numbered 1 through 70, while one yellow Mega Ball is drawn from balls numbered 1 through 25. You win if the numbers on your lottery ticket match the numbers of the balls drawn on that date.

Mega Millions tickets cost $2 per play. If no one wins the jackpot prize, the money is added to the top prize for the following drawing.

Most states offer a Megaplier option, which costs an additional $1 per play and increases non-jackpot prizes by two, three, four or five times. Before each Mega Millions drawing on Tuesdays and Fridays, the Megaplier is drawn from a pool of 15 balls. Five of these balls are marked with 2X, six with 3X, three with 4X and one with 5X.

The odds of winning with a $2 Mega Millions ticket are one in 303 million. See the Mega Millions website for more information.
