Kourtney Kardashian's Birthday Balloon Disaster

Kourtney Kardashian celebrated her 45th birthday on Thursday, but a sweet tribute from husband Travis Barker didn't quite go to plan.

The Blink-182 drummer praised his "beautiful wife" on Instagram on Friday, alongside a reel of photos taken throughout their three-year relationship.

The pictures show the couple relaxing in bed, chilling on a boat and hanging out at home.

There was also a snap of the couple kissing next to a private plane. Barker is holding the pair's infant son, Rocky Thirteen, in the family photo, while balloons spelling out "Kourt" float nearby.

"Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife, soulmate and best friend forever," the 48-year-old wrote. "I love you, I love our life together. Thank you for being the most amazing wife a person could ask for. Here's to many more years of adventures together."

Kardashian re-shared the plane photo to her Instagram Story on Sunday. However, she added a better view of the balloons, showing the "U" is missing.

"The U flew away," the socialite captioned the pic, along with a sad face emoji.

She also replied to her husband's Instagram post, commenting: "Husband of my dreams. I love our life!!"

Fans couldn't get enough of Barker's tribute to Kardashian, dubbing the couple "The cutest."

"The most amazing couple," commented Dhar Mann.

"This is what happiness looks like..." said Ashley R.

"I love y'alls love," wrote Anita Nderu Raftery, while Liz Muller said: "Couple goals forever."

Kardashian and Barker began dating in early 2021 after meeting through mutual friends.

The new couple were spotted taking a family vacation together a few months later. Kardashian's daughter Reign, 7, joined the couple for the ski trip in Deer Valley, Utah, as did Barker's three children—Landon, 18, Alabama, 16, and Atiana, 23— from his relationship with ex-wife Shannon Moakler.

Kardashian also shares Mason, 12, and Penelope, 9, with her ex-partner Scott Disick.

Barker proposed on Santa Barbara beach, California, in October 2021, with the engagement filmed for the clan's Hulu reality show, The Kardashians.

The duo tied the knot in three separate ceremonies throughout 2022, including a quickie wedding at a chapel in Las Vegas, a legal ceremony in Santa Barbara with their close friends and family, and a days-long bash in Portofino, Italy. They welcomed their son, Rocky Thirteen Barker, in November 2023.

According to a source close to Kardashian, the TV star is determined to enjoy the next stage of her life.

"Kourtney is one of these people that just gets better with age," a source told People.

"As she's getting older, things that mattered in the past, no longer [matter] to her. She is much kinder to herself, tries not to stress, and is very happy with life."
