Julia Fox, the actor and model known for her one-of-a-kind outfits and social media presence, has been open about being neurodivergent before. Now, fans are celebrating after the Uncut Gems star said in a recent TikTok comment that she has autism.
Fox posted an informative video to TikTok on Thursday about how sexism is baked into certain household and hygiene products to which one commenter responded, "What?! girl you random knowledge is fascinating," along with a shocked emoji with an exploding head.
At that, Fox then replied: "It's my autism lol." Her comment has received more than 7,400 likes by early Friday afternoon.
One TikTok user responded to Fox, writing: "HUGE W FOR HAWTISTICS EVERYWHERE," along with their own video.
"Let's go! This confirms my theory that autistic b****es are in fact the hottest, coolest, smartest...," TikTok user tometomushroom says in the clip. "Verified, hands down...She is one of us. She's one of us y'all. She's one of us. We...won!"
"It's a super power," one TikTok user replied to Fox's "autism" comment. "ADD is my super power I can multitask like no other."
Another person said they can also relate: "I had no clue that you had autism! You're already an incredible role model, but more now for me, as I also have autism."
The video that fans were commenting on was posted on Thursday when Fox said that the men's hair-growth product Rogaine is tax-exempt, meaning it's been "deemed a necessity."
She continued by saying in her video that tampons, pads and bras are actual necessities, but are not tax-exempt.
"It's just so beyond: sexist, misogynistic—it's violent at this point, the way that capitalism extorts women," Fox said. "Truly, it extorts women."

Fox has previously posted TikToks about the topic of neurodiversity.
In September, she created a video to answer a fan's question about "navigating [her] career while being neurodivergent."
"It's been very difficult. I have bouts of great productivity, where I'm like on top of the world and just feeling like I'm invincible," she says in the September 30 video. "And then I have moments of deep, deep, deep stagnant type of feeling, like I just can't...move. And I've never really talked about it, but ADHD is really tough. I have a little bit of OCD as well."
