John Krasinski's Sweet Reaction to Emily Blunt at Oscars

John Krasinski and Emily Blunt attended the 96th Academy Awards in matching white outfits—and Krasinski couldn't keep his eyes off his wife.

A video of him admiring Blunt has gone viral online and at the time of writing it had been viewed 313,300 times.

Posted to X (formerly Twitter) by user @badpostblunt, the caption reads: "John Krasinski being in awe of Academy Award nominee Emily Blunt."

Blunt, 41, turned heads on the red carpet in a sequinned Schiaparelli gown when she attended the Academy Awards on Sunday.

She was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer, one of 13 Oscar awards the film was nominated for.

It was Blunt's first Oscar nomination but she did not win. Da'Vine Joy Randolph won for her role in The Holdovers.

Krasinski, 44, was not nominated for an award this year but he was there to support his wife. He wore an all-white suit, which he accessorized with a white bowtie and a silver brooch.

Blunt and Krasinski started dating in November 2008. They became engaged in 2009 before tying the knot in July 2010. Together they have two daughters: one was born in 2014 and the other in 2016.

On Sunday, Blunt and Ryan Gosling, who starred in Barbie, presented a special tribute to stunt performers but they couldn't help roasting each other as they did so.

Barbenheimer became a cultural phenomenon in the summer of 2023 when both Greta Gerwig's Barbie and Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer debuted in theaters on the same day, July 21.

Blunt and Gosling, whose hit movies went up against each other in a number of categories, kept the tongue-in-cheek rivalry alive when they were on stage.

As the pair paid tribute to all the stunt performers in cinema history, Ryan joked: "I figured out why they call it 'Barbenheimer' and they didn't call it 'Oppenbarbie.' I think you guys are at the tail end of that cause you were riding Barbie's coattails all summer."

Oppenheimer took home seven awards on the night, including Best Picture, Best Director for Nolan and Best Actor for Cillian Murphy.

Barbie took home one award, which was Best Music (Original Song) with Billie Eilish and Finneas O'Connell's "What Was I Made For?"

Newsweek emailed representatives for Blunt and Krasinski for comment Monday.

People online clearly loved the video, as they took to the comments to express their admiration for the couple.

"The way he loves her makes me fall for him all the more. I adore them together," one person commented.

"I love them! They're my favorite Hollywood couple," said another.

"They are so cute," a third person posted.

A fourth added: "I love a man in awe of his lady."
