Inside Prince Harry and Meghan Mental Health Festival—Yoga and Meditation

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are holding their first in-person Archewell Foundation event alongside Reddit's former in-house tarot reader.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are hosting the summit with their non-profit as part of the broader World Mental Health Day Festival put on by Project Healthy Minds.

Meghan and Harry's panel will include Carson Daly and U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy at 1.30 p.m. ET on Tuesday, October 10, in the latest in a long line of visits by the couple to New York.

The day begins at 7 a.m., though, with a guided meditation session titled: "From Anxiety to Creativity" led by Will Cady, who describes himself a Reddit global brand ambassador and former head of its Creative Strategy agency, KarmaLab.

The session, which is sold out, promises "a Seven Directions Meditation that will help calm your nervous system and unlock inspiration."

Cady wrote on his own website: "Like all of us, I am many things. I have walked a path from zen monasteries through touring rock bands into my current role as the Global Director of KarmaLab at Reddit where I also serve as the company's weekly meditation guide and tarot reader.

"On my path, I've studied deeply with virtuoso musicians, mystical healers, and boundary-breaking entrepreneurs to develop a uniquely potent practice for cultivating creative energy.

"This practice is at the core of how I build, lead, and advise teams of creators today."

There will also be Vinyasa yoga and sonic meditation before an 11 a.m. talk involving Robin Williams' son titled: "From Tragedy to Triumph: The Story Behind the Story with Zak Williams."

Harry and Meghan's Mental Health Summit

The duke and duchess' event is also sold out and is titled: "The Archewell Foundation Parents' Summit: Mental Wellness in a Digital Age."

The online summary reads: "Join NBC's Carson Daly and parents for a discussion on building community and creating positive change for a safer online world for young people, with special guests Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and U.S. Surgeon General, Dr. Vivek Murthy."

The day ends with a gala hosted by Daly in Tribeca that—should she choose to go—may give Meghan the chance to up the fashion stakes with an evening gown.

The online summary reads: "Hosted by Carson Daly, Host & Producer of NBC's 'The Voice' & Co-Anchor of 'The TODAY Show.' Famed artist Peter Tunney (co-creator of Miami's Wynwood Walls) is the Artistic Curator.

"At the gala, Peter will be unveiling a stunning art installation that speaks to the state of mental health in America. Evening will be capped off with a musical performance by Grammy-nominated hip-hop star Logic."
