Americans Tommy Caldwell and Kevin Jorgeson make their way up the sheer 3,000 food monolith El Capitan in California's Yosemite National Park for two weeks with no safety equipment bar robes in case they fall. In this picture the two are over the most difficult part of their route and hang above the ground at a distance well above the height of Europe's tallest building - London's Shard.
